Return Process

  Carefully pack the perfume or attar in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
